Below I present you with detailed conditions for making a reservation.
Provision of service or cancellation of reservation.

Reservation Terms
  • Making a reservation at Legion Paweł Rachoń is possible after receiving detailed information from the Client that is essential for pricing the trip

  • After receiving information via email about the route, place of departure, number of passengers, duration of the trip, number of vehicles involved, the Legion company presents a rental offer that is limited in time
  • The reservation always applies only to one journey or to related journeys for a group of people with hand luggage in the number specified in the order and only on the dates confirmed by the reservation.
  • If circumstances require it, especially during the high season, Legion may ask for a Reservation Deposit.
Service Execution
  • The transport covers the route between the coach departure point in Gdańsk and the destination via the most optimal route determined by the driver. Intermediate points on the route are only possible if they were included in the booking.
  • Transportation will be provided by a means of transport with no fewer seats than the number of participants in the trip.
  • The contract covers the means of transport for which an order was placed and whose description and photos the ordering party became familiar with.
  • Na czas przejazdu pasażerowie pojazdu są ubezpieczeni w zakresie Następstw Nieszczęśliwych Wypadków – NNW – przez Przewoźnika.
  • During the journey, the vehicle passengers are insured against Accidents – NNW – by the Carrier.
  • The coach travels only on asphalt roads with an appropriate load-bearing capacity and only where road signs allow it, in particular signs limiting the maximum load-bearing capacity of the road.
  • It is forbidden to eat any food, including sweets and snacks, and to drink any alcoholic beverages on the coach.
  • It is forbidden to stand up while driving or to drive without wearing a seat belt.
  • LEGION has all the documents, licenses and certificates required by Polish and EU law for domestic and international passenger transport.
  • LEGION undertakes to perform the transport service in accordance with its experience and good will.
  • In the event of a vehicle breakdown that precludes the possibility of continuing the journey and it cannot be repaired on site, after calling the appropriate service, LEGION is obliged to provide a replacement vehicle or vehicles as soon as possible with a total number of seats not less than the number of participants in the trip.
  • The client undertakes to provide accommodation for the driver or cover its flat-rate cost if such a need arises during the journey. The driver is obliged to rest after the end of the journey, at least 9 hours of uninterrupted rest in a separate room with a bathroom in a hotel standard of at least 2 stars with breakfast purchased.
  • The customer undertakes to pay on site all costs related to the vehicle’s stop and travel, i.e. parking, customs fees, or bear their flat-rate costs.
  • The customer assumes full financial responsibility in the event of intentional or negligent damage or destruction of any part of the vehicle.
  • The parties agree on the deadline for payment of funds in accordance with the invoices issued for transportation.
Reservation Cancellation
  • After making a reservation, the Client will be asked to pay a Reservation Deposit of 30 percent gross of the entire service. The deposit will remain non-refundable in the event of the Client’s cancellation of the reservation.
  • Cancellation of the reservation by the Client between the date of reservation and 7 days before departure will result in a fee in the amount of the Reservation Deposit.
  • Cancellation of the reservation by the Client less than 7 days before departure will result in a fee in the amount of the Reservation Deposit and an additional fee of 50 percent gross of the entire service. Both of these fees add up to 80 percent gross of the entire service.

The client will receive VAT invoices for all fees.
